It’s versatile enough for different Industries such as restaurants, hotels, offices, bars, internet cafés, massage salons, and more.

Does Mimi Robot One operate outdoors or on streets?

No. It’s specifically engineered for indoor environments with stable temperature and humidity. Exposing it to outdoor conditions or public streets is not recommended and may void warranties.

Do you offer in-person demos or pilot programs?

Technical Setup & Navigation

Does Mimi Robot One require overhead markers or floor codes?

No. It uses 3D camera + LIDAR with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), navigating tracklessly in corridors as narrow as 80cm. This reduces installation time and overhead costs.

Can it integrate with elevators or automatic doors?

Not at this time. Mimi Robot One currently doesn’t offer elevator or door integration, so multi-floor service through elevator controls or automatic doors isn’t available. If you have specific needs, feel free to contact us—we’re always exploring new solutions.

How does multi-robot scheduling work?

Our multi-machine scheduling feature coordinates multiple Mimi Robot One units in the same area, preventing collisions and optimizing routes. This is ideal for larger venues or peak hours.

Can staff rename the robot or change voice prompts?

Yes. You can customize voice prompts for different languages or greetings. Renaming the robot is also possible—our support team can guide you through the software adjustments.

What’s the recommended daily maintenance routine?

Quick Wipe-Down: Remove dust or smudges from sensors and trays.

How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

Mimi Robot One runs up to 10 hours on a LiFePO4 battery. It automatically returns to its dock when low, typically taking 3–4 hours for a full recharge.

Is LiFePO4 battery technology safer than standard lithium-ion?

Any tips for long-term storage or idle periods?

If you won’t use Mimi Robot One for over a month, store it in a cool, dry area. Perform a monthly partial discharge and recharge to help maintain battery health.

How long is the warranty, and what’s covered?

What if I need to return the robot or request a refund?

You have 30 days from purchase to return Mimi Robot One in original condition, with all accessories. Check our Refund Policy for specifics on restocking fees or shipping costs.

Are shipping costs covered for returns or repairs?

Generally, the customer covers return shipping unless there’s a verified manufacturing defect. For in-warranty repairs, we’ll guide you through the process.

Can I replace just the battery if it fails?
